Publication for Black Artists & Modernism _Conference in London

BAM – Black Artists & Modernism is a three-year research project funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) as a collaboration between University of the Arts London and Middlesex University.

As part of the ongoing BAM project, there are unfolding discussions amongst the research team and with scholars, artists, curators and other engaged publics. One of them was ‘Now! Now!…. in more than one place’ exhibition and a two-day conference held in London October 2016.

Studio Mnemonic was commissioned by Iniva (Institute of International Visual Arts) and UAL: University of the Arts London to design and produce the publication for the event.
